Trust the Training

I am running my first half-marathon of the season this weekend, the Goodlife Marathon, and I am feeling like I am not prepared.  It is the taper week, and really there is nothing more you can do to prepare for the race.  I mean, I have trained, did my long runs, speed runs, cross-training, and some hill training… I must Trust the Training.  There is really nothing more I can do but eat, sleep and relax…. right?!  :-)
